I am so excited about our very first Girls Dinner Club in March. We've decided on an Italian Theme - yummo.
Each hostess will get to pick a theme and the recipes. The members will then get to select a recipe and prepare it for the group. We'll discuss the recipes - was it easy to make, ingredients easy to find, would you serve it again. We have a wonderful group of ladies and we all have such a blast together and I am sure this won't be any different!
The very first meeting, we'll all decide more on the logistics. I'll post photos of the finished dishes as well as the recipes after our meeting.

· Bread: Cheese and Rosemary Breadsticks
· Salads: Antipasto Salad
· Salad: Caprese Salad
· Entrée: Chicken in Lemon Cream with Penne (E)
· Entrée: Linguine with Shrimp in Lemon Oil (E)
· Side Dish: Spicy Parmesan Green Beans and Kale
· Dessert: Tiramisu
