Esty Store: It is Written

Proverbs 14:1
“The wise woman builds her house, but with her own hands the foolish one tears hers down.” (NIV)


I recently found this scripture while searching for scriptures for  and about women. It rings true for both married and single women. What are you doing to build up your house?  For me, it is so important that we are a home that serves God and we hope that is reflected in our home and our daily lives. Sure, I struggle daily with the world, but I always try to give God praise in all I do. We have those vinyl words on many spaces in our home. You know, the ones that are motivational and in pretty script. It has occured to me that like  most things, you tend to see them all the time and don't stop to read and reflect on the words. My plan is to start reading the words as I pass them daily.
