Crate and Barrel

One of my favorite stores is Crate and Barrel for kitchen, dining goodies. I was in the store a few weeks ago and came out with a few new favorites for my kitchen.

 I make a LOT of guacamole. I mean A LOT. Why I haven't purchased this tool sooner, I will never know. It's an Avocado Multi Use Tool. I am in love. You can cut, scoop and remove the pit with this little goodie. I hate gunk on my hands. Usually when I make guacamole, it's messy getting the avocado done. Not now. I don't have to touch it! Genius........

This little guy is my new favorite knife.  It's the mini prep knife. I have used it to chop an assortment of veggies and fruits. The blade is super sharp. So glad that it comes with a safety sheath. This knife is also great to take on picnics for cutting cheeses, etc.

Baking Mats -  I go thru countless rolls of parchment paper. These baking mats eliminate the use of parchment paper and I love it.  They are made of silicon. Place them on a cookie or baking sheet to prevent foods from sticking when cooking in the oven. My husband still can not believe they don't melt in the oven.......

These are a few of the items I picked up. I could spend all day in this store. What are your favorite kitchen gadgets?
