Motivation

I've supervised a group of people as large as 12 and as small as my current one - two. No matter the size of my team, one thing has always been the same. The team members love being motivated. It's important to encourage each other along the way. We spend so much time together that it only makes sense to get along.

As we are learning our new jobs, I have found several motivational quotes from Pinterest that I like to share via our team white board or just posted notes delivered to a desk. This one is one of my favorites:
