It's been quite rainy and dreary here the last few days. Pretty good for the flowers except now they need a little sun to take off. I think we are expected to have some sun today for a little while anyway. Our home faces the east so we should get the morning sun on our flowers today.
The lilac - not pictured-is getting so full. I hope we get the fragrance soon. All other bulbs are also coming up. Our friends, Laura and Mike Santos brought us a beautiful potted canna plant. I can not wait to plant it. It's so gorgeous. Thanks, guys. I also purchased some Daylily roots. I think there are six of them that I will plant later this week.
